History/Facts:

-Although Dido damaged her throat and various vocal cords during one of her posessions, her aphonia is not the product of a physical injury or psychological trauma. She believes it was stolen.

-She lived alone for a few years in a little shack at the outskirts of her village until she first met Abebi. After a week, they set out on a journey to find Witch with the power to return her voice.

Powers:

Dido's powers are, well, not her powers. They're remnants of a powerful spirit that possessed her as a child. As such, she was endowed with some very spooky abilities, the most important being a form of telepathy that allows her to project thoughts and visions into other people's heads. Unfortunately, because these abilities are underdeveloped, Dido must concentrate to properly relay information to others.

If she doesn't, her voice (so to speak) or images become distorted and even frightening. Touching people more or less helps establish a connection, but, again, it depends on how much effort she exerts that things come through the way she wants them to. And, to some extent, on whether or not the person she's targeting is susceptible, in the first place.

The others aren't really important as they are spooky? If she has an extremely negative emotional reaction to something, it's possible for her to phase through objects or cause them to shake. These, however, are out of her control.
